Terms and Conditions

Before start, our Staff will explain you how to follow a few Basic Nautical Safety Rules to make your trip safe & secure.
All the speedboats are equipped with obligatory nautical equipment, lifejackets, mooring fenders, anchor, ropes, a navigation chart, ext…
On board children are counted as adults, we supply lifejackets for children.

Price of consumed gasoline is excluded the tank is full, will be given back as received.

The delivery of the boat will be made on the new port from Lazise from 10.00 AM and the boat should return back not later than 18:00 PM.
The use of a mooring buoy in Lazise new Harbor is possible and if available is included in the rental price, but if you want take the boat with you to your Hotel or Camping you need to rent a buoy there in advance.

Pets are not allowed on board ( only if agreed).
Documents for boats without license: only a identification document.
Documents for boats with boat license: identification document and a valid boat license.

Water skiing, wakeboarding and inflatable towing prohibited for all rental boats on Lake Garda.

Minimum driving age is 21 years.

Inclusive full Kasko insurance with a maximum excess franchise of € 500,-.
Prices are inclusive of 22% VAT.
